Raffle Rules & Regulations

1. Raffle Overview

The Taber Pheasant Festival Raffle is conducted by the Alberta Conservation Association (ACA) in accordance with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act and its regulations. This raffle is licensed by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC).

2. Eligibility

Raffle tickets are available for purchase by Alberta residents only. Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Employees and directors of the Alberta Conservation Association and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold online only at $10.00 each. Ticket sales are open now and close before the draw on March 29, 2026. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

4. Draw Details

The raffle draw will take place on March 29, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Winners will be contacted by email and phone. All prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.

5. General Conditions

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prizes may not be exactly as shown. Approximate retail values are listed. The Alberta Conservation Association reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to these rules and regulations.
